How long do you have to wait at the counter to be served?

Early November I wanted to buy a data bundle at the front desk where they serve the coffee. The lady behind the counter ignored me. Then she stood up and helped a lady who came from the tills to get cigarettes. Still she ignored me. Then she said something in a language that I don't understand. I asked can I please have a data bundle, she looked at me with a face of why should I help you. Then she continued to ignore me, and went on taking of her jersey still ignoring me. Once again another daly came to the counter to fetch more cigarettes and she helped her. I turned around and walked out, promising myself I will never support that store again. So today my husband had to buy more stuff at checkers. I again went to the front counter to buy a data bundle. There were 4 ladies working at checkers having e a big fat conversation with the lady behind the counter. I stood there for 5 min waiting to be helped. Every single one saw me but still ignored me. I turned around and left once again to go and support another store. I buy at least R10000 worth of groceries at checkers a month for my work and personal groceries. I will not support checkers again if this is the attitude that you get when you want to buy from a shop.
