How can you be helped if the customer service Agent caused the problem!

<p> </p> <p> So you ask for help as your cashier has attitude and the lady who you ask shouts at you telling you just wait she will come when she is done. Stop making a big thing out of nothing, Just to find out that she works in customer service! I came across one of the rudest individuals that could ever offer a service. Not only was she rude but never even came to the front desk when the manager called her ( Apparently she left , i mean reallly the incident happen within the last 5 min and she is missing!!)</p> <p><br />You dont work with people if you cant deal with people Mrs Busi Sodlaka.. Your manager Lerato at the Sandton City branch should really consider hiring other people who really want to work there</p>
