House Brand Rotten Eggs

To whom it may concern.

I trust you are doing well. I would like to formally complain my horrible and disgusting experience. On the 24th May 2020 , I have purchased two Extra Large 18 eggs House Brand Eggs at Checkers Plumstead. Days later I have opened the first pack and I boiled 6 eggs. All 6 of those eggs were rotten, and I fried another 3 which was fine. The following day May mother fried 2 eggs and one had a bad smell and she threw those away.

After that we carefully practiced to crack the eggs in a bowl before fry and the rest the of the first packet was fine.

I have opened the 2nd packet and hAve cracked 3 eggs and each and every one of them were rotten!

The rest of them had a horrible smell and the cupboard smelled bad like a dead mice. I decided to throw them away because I was so angry about this.

I have pictures showing this and happy to share them with you.

Please advised that my family and I have no eggs and this one of the most needed food for our diet.

I must say I am very loyal customer and I am so disappointed in what your House Brand product and I am no longer confident in buying from this rage.

I do wish to hear from you regarding this.
