House and Home fails pensioners AGAIN

<p>my parents bought couches from house and home in 2014 and it had a factory faukt, i had to report them to this site before they could take me serious. a few years later my parents are experiencing the same thing ,they bought a damasucs dining room suite which cost them almost 50000 and one of the chairs is not properly assemebled all we ask is for them to come fix the chair,now they tell us they can only come if there is a dilevery in our area,its been two weekl still no word , the consultants keep tellong me that they will call me back but they never call back with positive feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are tired of such poor service and this is surely the last time we make a purchase at this store.. they are quick to take the money but FAIL at giving after sale service.. M parents are fed up they are reuesting that the get a refund since fixing the chair is such a problem</p> <p> </p> <p>We want service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
