<p>Bought a JVC tv just over a year ago for R4999 the assistant said it was a great tv and will not give any issues. A year into having the tv it just blew on me last night. Lance said he would get back to me and yet still no answer. House and Home Blue Route Mall staff know how to make promises and it is pathetic. How is it my fault that they forget to offer insurance on televisions. Why should the client be mistreated and misinformed due to staff lack of training and not explaining everything to a client. I feel if they still do not reply with a suitable suggestion if must be reported higher.</p>
