Houdini or speedy gonzalezzzzzz?

It's becoming a problem. How does things ordered and appears in you online basket dissappear in-between. I'm always ordering for my mom at the old age home. Today I ordered again and the chicken never made It to her It mustnhave grown wings and flew out. It takes time to call every time if something is missing.

Another thing is the buyers. The are so set on getting everything out on time they run you over instore. What about our in store buyers??? Make the time frame longer and rather ensure a better service. Speed isn't everything but good service is.
