Hotcross buns

I must say I'm a great checkers fan, however for some time now I've been buying hot cross buns from checkers and have been noticing that they feel like the raisins were not properly washed,there are 'sandy' and stodgy.

I love checkers and I love hot cross buns, I just wish they could do better.
