Hot food is cold food

Hi.I bought chicken drumsticks and rustic chips today.chicken was cold ,the chips was cold and like rubber.This is my second time i get it like this .But for a new store and to serve stuff as hot food is pathetic. Please note I tried to log the complain but your website does not even work .
