Horrific shopping experience

I had the worst experience at Checkers Hyper Brackenfell, with a matter that would be easily resolved with the correct intervention.

On Friday afternoon we made a stop at Checkers Hyper in Brackenfell to buy the weekend long special of the Lamb meat yet when we arrived there, the meat was finished and our names were taken down in a book so that they could put aside the meat for us to collect on Saturday. We were informed to arrive anytime on Saturday and our meat would be set aside and ready for us, yet when we arrived on Saturday after 1pm and asked for our meat at the butchery. Instead of being helped we were blatantly disrespected and disregarded by those working at the butchery, when we wanted to escalate the matter to the butcher manager we were told that he was not in. While we were discussing the matter, the produce manager came and when we told him our grievances he then went to the back and came out with the butcher manager that we were told was not in by those working at the butchery. We tried to explain our predicament but the manager would not listen or try to assist us in anyway instead he would talk over us (there were 3 customers including myself who were there for the same problem). There was a lot of back and forth where the management would be become arrogant and would not try to solve the issue. I was even told that I was not an important customer by the butcher manager and he was not even reprimanded by his colleagues, I was shocked that this was something that Checkers management would say and the lack of response from his colleagues made it seem as though this kind of disrespect and disregarding of customers is a daily occurrence. The situation was so tense that we had to leave Checker Hyper Brackenfell without solving the matter.

I am appalled at the sense of falls hope that was created on us receiving the meat the following day, it was an embarrassing situation to be a part of the blatant disrespect and lack of human decency.

Something that also infuriated me was that when the post for the meat was put up on Facebook, I left a comment about the experience I had yet when I woke up this morning the post was removed and they posting new things without replying to my comment.
