Horrible services

I swapped a purchase an the till had a code an my transaction went off the more am showing it went off the packer screaming at me

The more am saying the more she screams on the end of the the store manager took my details no call nothing i had to go get a statement an i had to do the rin around 4 days no money i my account.

They said i must come get a letter an take to my bank an the refund will be done i refuse to do so
