Horrible service, missing items

I ordered at 09:00 in the morning. I was told my order will be there between 11:00-12:00. However only at 11:55 my order was completed. I recieved my order, only to find 8 items missing. I request my invoice thinking maybe I didn't order them but there they are on my invoice,billed and paid for!!! I called the call Centre and the lady hung up on me. I called again and another lady put me on hold for over 20 minutes...she came back only to say that she can't help,I must report issue on the app. I did exactly that and now I'm waiting. Horrible service to say the least. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
