Horrible service from Phehello in the bakery section

Today was my 2nd rude encounter with Phehello from bakery, the 1st time I overlooked it and today was the last straw.

Every time I have to think twice before going to that section, unfortunately for me I'm a baker and have to go to the section to get supplies and decor for my cakes. Phehello is very impatient, I live feeling belittled every time, one literally has to beg her for assistance and today she told me to my face that this is not my house after I requested a variety of macarons in 1 pack which I have bought the same way several times before.

She told me I'm holding up the queue because her word is final even after I've explained to her that it's been done before and she continued to help customers behind me.

To top it off, her colleague intervened and as she was packing the macarons for me Phehello came back to the station, snatched the macarons out of her colleagues hands and told her I have to wait for her to finish because she does not work in her department. I then requested to speak to her manager Maphefo, she told me to go find her myself, I then went to find her, came back to the bakery section and as I was explaining my dilemma to Maphefo, Phehello continued to speak over us, she was told to calm down by several colleagues but she just continued and Maphefo even indicated that there's mixed macarons on the shelf already so why is Phehello making up her own rules.

Maphefo helped me but i feel she's very soft, Phehello is very unruly and a bully, my situation was honestly not solved to my satisfaction as a customer because Maphefo apologised to me, she went to the back of the kitchen where Phehello had gone I assume to converse with her like she said she would, they literally came back 2 seconds after and Phehello was still screaming her lungs out.

I don't feel valued as a customer and this branch is my nearest.
