Horrible service from Checkers Rosebank Mall

The service at Checkers Rosebank Mall was horrible, firstly I wanted to withdraw and paying using that money but Nobahle who wasn't friendly at all told me to leave my groceries and go withdraw at the money market because they do not do cash send withdrawals at their tills. I went and qued for 15 mins then told there was no money, I was sent back to the till again where I could withdraw and my groceries were now returned back, again Nobahle didn't show any remorse. Checkers is my favorite grocery store because of its level of service but if they continue with till assistants like Nobahle who are not properly trained and do not know how to treat their customers people will consider their competitors
