Horrible service from checkers hyper mall of Africa

I was at you mall of africa branch and the service was so poor… I was at your money market counter and was assisted by a cashier by the name of Brenda Tebane, she wasn’t willing to assist and when I asked for help with this aramex delivery she just said to me I don’t know but I just sell only which I find very rude… why put people on the counter that are not willing to assist even the managers Itumeleng was clueless and couldn’t offer any help… I was at pnp in the mall as well, they were willing to assist and the cashiers were clued up with the process, but however didn’t have a waybill but referred me to checkers as they offer the same service
