Horrible service from Checkers and Sixty 60

I'm not even sure if I should raise my voice due to no one taking checkers complains seriously. So I've complained so many times about service or ****** staff/management at different Checkers stores and no one reached out or did anything about the complaints. Yesterday I had another bad encounter with Checkers and Sixty60. I placed a order in morning and few hours later still waiting, I then called the store and they said I should call sixty60 customer care which I then did and that debate led me to cancel my order. I then placed a order again few minutes and the exact same thing happened waiting few hours and nothing. Long story short, SIXTY60 is not for all races neither is Checkers.
