Horrible Service at the Checkers Sixty60 contact desk

On the 22 May at 08:42 I called the Sixty60 contact Centre to get assistance with an order I had placed. The lady I spoke to (Lulama) was so dismissive and didn’t even take take my order number to ensure that she assisted me efficiently she further advised that she would send me an email..which I haven’t received.

I then called again and spoke to a pleasant gentleman Lesego who was able to assist me.
