Horrible service at Checkers Bt Ngebs Mall

I had to stand for a long time waiting for someone to assist us at the Money Market because she was assisting another customer at the coffee station. We stood there and we did not get any explanation or someone to assist us. I am disappointed with the service I received because you cannot tell me that in a big store like Checkers there is only one person assigned to assist in both the coffee station as well as the money market.
