Horrible service

I order online and orders is always late. I submit issues and just nothing. So whats the use of checkers sixty 60 if its never in 60min? Last year 2 iteams wasnt deliver and they said it will be refunded or delivered and nothing happened. Like now i paid for items and waiting for when im getting it. Yhe delivery time just gets later and only 1 item for almost an hour in the cart. This is horrible swrvice!!!!
