HORRIBLE SERVICE

Visited the store to buy goods as part of their advertised promo exta savings rewards on sunday 17th got to checkers westgate mall. None of the advertise stock was available drove there for nothing. Logged an incident while in store about no stock. Customer service phoned today 19 nov when asked why they take so long to call they rep**** they have 48 hours to phone customer. I asked for the store to contact me. Later customer service agent Estelle phoned i explained to her my frustration instead of calming me down she made me more furious by telling me that a new ad was out and i should buy that. Not once have a spoken to a manager from checkers Westgate mall. Instead Estelle upset me even more. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT AND STORE. HORRIBLE
