Horrible service

Bough items online to be delivered. We paid for a delivery fee and they forgot our toilet paper that should have been added. We had to call them to let them deliver and they said no they will reverse the money in our app wallet. We told them the items order with other cleaning products is needed and you cant expect us to pay again for a delivery fee because they messed up. We never received the delivery fee back and now we have to pay again to get items to the flat
