Horrible Service

I purchased from CFS on Thursday and was told that I would receive my items on Friday. I waited all day on Friday and nothing came. I didn't receive any communication to say my item is out for delivery or that they are on their way. I called CFS on Saturday morning only to be told that my items were delivered to my address and that I signed for it according to their knowledge.

I then checked the cameras in my road and there wasn't a delivery truck at my home the entire day!

MY MONTHLY GROCERIES was delivered to a stranger!

I am so perturbed by the service I received from Checkers food service, how on earth can you deliver my groceries which I've paid for to a stranger?
