Horrible service

I went to checkers with my parents to withdraw theirpenssion money, only to be told that the ENTIRE store had no money. So they could not assist. And the cashier did it with a smile on her face. I later returned to speak with the manager, told him what happened, he pointed out a cashier and told her to assist me.

Do people have to get ****ed off to receive good service nowadays.

I guess I figured a store like checkers would be able to help.
