Horrible service

So this has been coming along for quite sometime with people telling me that this specific branch has bad service. I thought that I will give it a try myself. There as a few times where things were bad for instance December last year I was standing in the line to pay when suddenly the lady at the till closed it down, I told her she wasn't allowed to and that it is very unprofessional. I asked her to call the manager and she just looked at me but I was in a haste and just went to pay somewhere else. <br> <br> Then secondly we bought eggs that was bad, I emailed the manager and we got a quick response, when we went for new eggs, the manager on duty had a really bad attitude, luckily the manager of the fruit and veg came to help us. <br> <br> Then yesterday my girlfriend went to buy electricity, five people sitting at the money market staring at her she asked \can someone help me"they pointed to each other. She eventually got helped"
