Horrible Platter - I paid R299 and not even the "dip" is humus..................

I have ordered a Tapas platter, online, for 21/12/2018 (order no: ********** 3) from Checkers Hyoer Tambotie Mall Randfontein. They phoned to confirm. When we when to collect the platter they were so confused and was running around for the patter. When I got home I had a chance to look at it properly............to my disappointment I saw that i have wasted R 299.00. The platter is NOT what is on the website, the "dip" was supposed to be humus but I got cottage cheese. I did contact them immediately and they said I must bring it back...............its about 25 km form me and who will pay for my petrol?

Head Office did phone the next day after I send a Facebook message and promised to phone back.............I am still waiting!!!!!!!!!

I would like my money back! I had to rush to town to buy other food to give my guests.
