Horrible Fish Market

Good day Checkers Okavango Crossing. I purchased 3 Salmon fillets from your fish market last night, to start there was no staff to assist I had to walk through to the back of the butchery and open staff doors to find someone to assist. The salmon I purchased were supposed to be fillets, one would assume that there should be no bones however when I got home to prepare supper I was left to do this as well. I would like to know if your fresh fish is already descaled or is the service of removing the scales from the fish is offered to your customers since it seems that this is another task your customers need to need to do on their own. For the price being paid I expect SERVICE, i'll be more than willing to show you pictures of the work you should've done before just pocketing peoples money.
