Horrible customer service mimosa mall checkers

I was insulted by a checkers employee at Mimosa Mall checkers in Bloemfontein. He works at the bakery and made some silly ***ual comments in the midst of other customers at a till. I reported it to the manager and the employee kept on insulting me and threatened to destroy my car in the presence of his managers. They did nothing about it, I reported the matter three times to the head office and all I’ve been getting is reference numbers but they did nothing about it as well. Till date nothing has been done. You should see how customers are treated in checkers woodlands. Like kings and queens.
