Horrible customer service in sandton

I was at checkers sandton today around past 11 to 12 when I got to the money market side a lady by the meme of Kgalalelo was chit chatting with the lady that she works with by the name of Melisa I was standing there for a good 10 minutes waiting to be called next for assistance when they were done talking that’s when she called me to assist me the lady she was talking to was sitting at the customer service department and she was at counter 7 Is that what you call customer service??????
