Horrible customer service

An order of mine was delivered, due to poor packaging my item broke. Was informed that the product would be replaced only to be told it cannot be done due to customer negligence but the driver saw exactly what happened and reported it to his supervisor. So they've taken my money, broken my product and nothing is done. What customer service is that.
