Horrible customer service!!

I wish Checkers at The Reef would invest more in training their cashiers about excellent customer service and etiquette. I was doing my grocery shopping and Nkateko Mapasi was the cashier assisting me at the till I've never experienced such disgusting customer service at checkers until today. I asked for someone to pack my groceries for me after paying and this Nkateko girl said there's no packers customers must pack for themselves she cannot stop what she's doing and pack for me. When I looked at the till next to us a staff member was packing for a customer so I then asked Nkateko if the lady packing next to us can't pack for me, her response was "she's still busy as you can see" with sooo much attitude. I told her I don't mind waiting for her to finish, I waited exactly 10 minutes while she(Nkateko) was helping other customers and packing for them to prove a point! Eventually a lady came to pack my groceries and while doing so they were chatting amongst themselves of how I wanted special attention.. Checkers it's high time you hire skilled and professional cashiers, it's a disgrace to be treated in that manner as a customer. Shocking to be exact!!!
