Horrible customer service
<p> <span style="color: #555555;">I went to request for a refund on baby mattress today at checker hyper Kempton Park. I explained to information/returns clerk, non foods manager and ASSISTANT BRANCH Manager Marline(as I had to explain myself to everyone just for a mere refund) that I did not have a slip I lost it.......... And I had purchased at CHECKERS Hyper Roodeport. They refused to refund me and all of them told me to go to roodeport irregardless of what I had already told the.. (That I stay in ormonde and work in kempton park; the day I bought I had just went there for some business and decided to shop that side as well) .I asked the manager to contact roodeport for me in her capacity as a manager having given her my reasons she refused to assist(if they put such persons as their branch managers I wonder we're does customer service rank in their business).i contacted their customer centre who we're of no use as well. I phoned Roodeport and the lady(Amelia who is also a MANAGER) who at some point indirectly said I stole the item told me she would get back to me and she has not till now(16:30).please note the trouble I went through today yet no assistance.This is not acceptable i am in my rights to return what is not of use to me ;the main purpose one buys is when s/he is in need.. If these are indeed their rules and regulations like the non foods manager said they are very customer unfriendly. I will never buy in that store again. I do my grocery shoppings there every month(-+3000 a month) and I promise to never set foot in any of their shops ever again. </span></p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Please not that last of last week Saturday(15/07/2016)I was at checkers next to the glen trying to refund the mattress and Marcia(frontline manager) and her supervisor sent me to a checkers hyper they told me the item is not ranged in their store and they will not help me. </p>
