Horrible customer service

As a first time customer as Checkers Sea Point Cape Town, I recieved a very horrible servive from a cashier at the money market. Worse service ever, and that is now my impression for that checkers. I was buying a flight ticket, and this lady was processing it, and handed over to her colleague to proceed with my purchase. She then started helping other people without finishing my purchase, when I asked her, she told me that she had forgotten me, yet I was standing right infront of her, instead of resolving this she gave me attitude of note asking me in Xhosa "uya phi?". Then she told me that she does not want to help me.I left the store without purchasing my ticket, and dwcided to go buy somewhere else.
