horrible customer service

In two occasions I have received horrible customer service at checkers atterbury mall. On the first occasion the staff helping to pack the groceries into the plastic just bumped them into the plastic put of spite. On the second occasion she just left in the middle of it without any reason or excuse. After I confronted her she just walked past me with an attitude. How disgusting!!! The public must know this and desist from shopping there.
