Horrible Checkers 60/60

So I woke up quite early to place an order in preparation of the kind of day ahead, ETA was set for 10am- in fact that was the promise time. I monitored the order and I saw it was shopped and awaiting a driver, few minutes later the order is being returned ( something I’ve never experienced before) so I call in only to be told the order was accepted by two stores! And there is nothing that can be done I’ve been credited and I can reorder, well the new ETA is now 12pm? I ordered breakfast because I had plans and the best I can get it you’re sorry?
