Horrible

So I went to Checkers Atterbury to buy groceries, their card machine went off after I paid and they had to reboot it . After which the lady came and told me I should pay R2600 again. I told her it went off my account and that I didn’t have another R2600. I phoned my bank with their landline and my bank confirmed it went. I was made to pay again. This morning they phoned to say I must come get my money, when I ask are u giving me fuel money they say no. My bank charges are u paying for it ? No. It looks like these big companies are really taking advantage of the consumers. I spent a good 50 minutes there trying to explain that I didn’t have the extra money.
