Hopeless Sandton Checkers

I went to the checkers in Sandton City today at 15:30pm. All I needed was 3 items. The queue for 10 items or less was so long it went all the way back to the bread section! The other tills were so long they were way down the actual grocery isles and there were at least 10 tills closed!! Other people I passed in the queues were also complaining! I asked for a manager and was told they are somewhere in the store then I decided to rather leave and buy my items somewhere else. When I got to my car I decided to call the Sandton Checkers, I called 3 times in a row and no one answered!! I mean where are all the staff? Where is the customer service that this Flagship Checkers Store should have?? Ridiculous!!
