Honestly worst experience ever. This app is useless!

Honestly would advise no one to use this app. I ordered items from Checkers Davenport and the driver came to my address, the app did not state he had arrived. Instead it said he was still on the way. He BUZZED me, so I called him back he stated he had left and sold my items. I called the store and spoke to the manager Brandon Moodley, who was far from helpful and said he would call me back and left for the day instead. The call center never answers the phone and Now I am out R900 some change. I reported on the app and at the store to no avail. Worst service ever.
