Holes in spelt pasta from Simple Truth

I emailed customer service at Checkers some months ago with a photo attached showing holes in the top of the packaging of their spelt pasta supp**** by Simple Truth. Absolutely nothing has been done to resolve this - there are weevils in the pasta as the packaging has holes and they do nothing. For a supermarket chain that claims to be the best for the last decade - they can keep copying Woolworths till the ***s come home but they will NEVER touch Woolworths quality! Not in a million, billion, trillion years would appalling quality like holes in packaging pass Woolworths quality standards. Whilst we enjoy somewhat better pricing at Checkers, who the hell wants to buy pasta with holes in the packaging that allows dirt, weevils and who the hell knows what else in!! Very poor show Checkers.
