Holding onto your money yet no goods

I placed an order on checkers 60 60 yesterday as I have done many times. I watched them shop and expected a delivery. I then got a call to say there's a technical error and my order has been split between 2 stores. They then in turn canceled my order. My issue is I had already been debited. I then had to wait 24 hours for it to reflect as a credit on their app. Then I had to manually request a refund back into my account which may take 5 working days as it popped up there. What if this was my last 700 rand? I had to find more money to go and get my groceries and now I'm out of pocket. It's really messed up
