Hit with a trolley by a staff member running through the store riding the trolley like a skateboard

On Sunday 5 November 2023 at 16:15 at Checkers Waterfall Corner, I was hit with a trolley by one of your staff members, when I confronted the guy he did not apologize but said “I barely hit you” I asked him why is he running with the trolley in the store, he said “I’m rushing for time . I then alerted the security guard and informed her of what the guy just did he came back and started arguing with me. I therefore asked to speak to the store manager. He then told the store manager Anne, that he did not knock me and he can’t see what the problem is. I then asked for the CCTV footage. The store manager Anne and the supervisor Precious were shocked to see how the staff member was running through the isles and then jumping on the trolley and skating towards the bakery. Although my arm still hurts I am glad that he did not hit a small child, a pregnant woman or elderly person in one of the isles. This is ridiculous behavior and the staff member shows no remorse. This is the respect your staff has for your customers? It is disgusting. Although your staff lacked respect and have an attitude I sometimes shop at this store than going into the busy store in mall of Africa merely because of convenience. However this was the worst experience ever at your store.
