Hi my name's Fidoza Baaitjies Holyoake.Ive been to checkers in Horizon roodepoort I did shopping there in the process while I was shopping in store my cell phne rang I took my phne out of my bag and answered my call ..When leaving I was stopped at the doors I was told to stand there I waited for 2 hour with security people were walking by and talking about me when camera security eventually came a hour later the embarras*****t I faced for that one hour standing there just to find out the camera lady said she saw me *****ing when I took my phne out of my bag this was on 24 June 2022 upon search they found a chocolate in my bag tht had been there since the day b4 it was checked and wasent one of their products ..The excuse was then I should have let security tag the chocolate there was no security at the door and I've already forgotten I had the chocolate in my bag ...I spoke to management and nothing came of it 🤷🏻♀️In my experience a customer should be taken to a office to be questioned or searched not publicity in the open for everyone to see😡Upon finding nothing I was just givin a apology and had to leave ..I'm still mad as hell and I'm still trying to take further steps and I will be back ...🤞🏻
