HEYDAYS - No 3rd item!!

I always had great service.

The past Sunday I ordered stock of which some lines were Heydays specials. The 2 lines in question, Ariel, Flora Margarine clearly states "BUY 2 GET 1 FREE"Needless to say, only 2 of each arrived. I put an online request in to the call center, and end up calling them tonight as they didn't bother to answer me. A nice young man told me that I was suppose to order 3 of each and then 2 will be charged and 1 will be free. The app never mentioned this process!! AND THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO AND IT WAS ADDRESS IN MEETINGS!!.

Come on Checkers, you are better than this. I am sure it is not only me that am experiencing this problem.
