Helpful staff at Checkers - Hyperama at 14th Avenue

I was at Checkers Hyper yesterday. Now i worked in retail many years ago and part of working in retail is you stop what you are doing and help customers. That's part of the job and now days people are so rude to staff when not helped or the staff give this stare when you ask for help like you are disturbing them from doing nothing. Its so great to see that there are still those people out there who go out of the way for the customer , yes its your job but doing it with a smile and making sure you have found what you are looking for goes a long way. This was my Experience yesterday. An gentleman named Thabo Nkoe was busy packing cold drinks for the evening rush and weekend when i asked him for assistance. Not only did he stop to help me once but twice and he did it by actually getting up and showing to the products i was looking for. Most important is he did it with a smile , you could see he was eager to help me as a customer. Its great to see customer service like this. It was a pleasure to shop at the store .
