Hein Jacobson - worst customer service award

<p>So I am not one to complain, however never in my life have I been so offended by a store manager as tonight! <br />I double checked my receipt as I thought that my shopping didn't tally up and realised that the chorizo was either marked incorrectly on the shelf or the issue might be on the tills. When I alerted the store manager, Hein Jacobson of the fact he accompanied me to the shelf and clearly seeing that it was incorrectly labeled he told me that customers often move the label on the shelf!!! Insinuating that I have done so!!!!!<br />Checkers Sea Point might want to invest in some customer service training for Mr Jacobson!<br />I have never left a store feeling this insulted!!!</p>
