Heart melting

I went to review my birthday sweetpie voucher at festival mall checkers. While the cashier was busy redeeming the voucher, mom Cynthia Mthembu asked If it's a birthday, I said yes and she started singing for me with her lovely voice. That made me feel special and valued as a customer and it will make me to always shop at checkers festival mall.
