Hazardous safety issues

Yesterday afternoon we went in for shopping few items with my wife who had her jacket around her waist and when we were on the till line where the place which items are placed for scanning was broken and teared my wifes jacket upon indicating that we were told the manager is home his phone are off. That still which is very dangerous to customers which should have been welded after breaking but not they took our number which has not been ised till now
