Have not received my airtime i paid for

On the 13.08.2020 i went to checkers in N1 City where i bought lunch as it was my lunch time and paid on the last express till assisted by Silulami Siyeka where i had bought Chicken portions in the amount of R14.86 and Telkom mobile with of R50.00 but the receipt would not print my slip for the airtime the teller called line manager Nombuso who tried to assist in doing reprint to no success where she called at the back which i assume its cash office to do a re-print from their side, " she says to she will send someone to go get re-print and i tell her i am on lunch she can call me where i left my number........2 hours down the line she calls me and tell me she called Telkom and they say they cannot issue out a voucher as the need to credit it to my account which is cellphone number *** and i confirmed yes they should credit to my cell number. Till today i have not been credited with airtime that i have purchased but not received and its not a matter of Urgency where i paid but did not get what i paid for.
