First and foremost will I never support this particular checkers. Got to the till point to pay. The lady behind the till and the packer both unfriendly. Eventually getting halfway through the groceries I ask if the groceries will fit. One of the answered no so then I stepped in and repacked the trolley with almost R6000 worth of groceries. This was very humilating to me as I am also in the retail industry. Asked for the manager. She also had no respect. Couldnt even get up from her chair and all she could say is sorry. This is not good enough. Nomatter the amount,all customers should the same service. The queue at the tillers wasnt event that long. Take no work for granted. Sorry but I will spread the news. Sad part. Repacking your own trolley on your work uniform is very humilating. Staff very unfriendly and not helpful.
