HARSH & UNFAIR TREATMENT BY THE MANAGER & THE CONTROLER FROM CHECKERS IN ALBERTON NEXT TO SPRINGBOK PHARMACY

During the week that was starting on the 22 & ending on the 26 of March 2021, I bought a 5kg of Iwisa Super Maize Meal at checkers in Alberton next to springbok pharmacy & I've found chicken bones inside. I had to drive back about 15km to lodge a complain at checkers. The manager only called me two weeks later & told me that, that was not their fault I must call the Checkers Premier Customer Care on this number: *** & the manager's name is Thabo & his colleague is Adronica Maleka who is a controller at checkers & she is the one who told me that my complain was not a big issue, I must just take my money or change the product and leave the store. My case was not attended until today.
