Harassment and ************ by Checkers staff Vredendal

Dear Checkers Manager

I would like to lay a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred at Checkers Vredendal on 2024-11-22. On this day I went to the store with my daughter and a friend of mine. When I went inside the was a lady that works at checkers whom I have a personal problem with. I went inside the store and did not say anything to her. Coming out of the store I saw checkers employees standing outside staring at me. They were making nasty remarks and mocking me infront of my daughter, and everyone who was there outside and insulting me. Helping their friend who’s their colleague all dressed in checkers uniform during business hours. I was so disappointed with the level of professionalism at that store. Because the issue I have with their colleague is a court matter. I do not know how they interfere even as far as interfering with a customer at work wearing checkers uniform. I complained to the Manager same day and told him everything about the events of the matter. Today is 2024-11-26 still there’s no feedback.

Personal matters are left aside at work. No matter what personal problem you have with that person. I’m also working but as soon as I enter my job I leave my problems out of my work. Would never use my colleagues to Harrass, intimidate and insult any person that I have a problem with at work. It’s even worse that I was with my daughter. She had to watch her mother being humiliated publicly by checkers staff of Vredendal.

I’m very disappointed. I’m a customer there and I went there to cause no harm than to do my normal regular shopping. Is that how people are treated in that store? So Everytime you have a personal issue with someone the whole store will come out and do that? Where’s the level of professionalism
