Harassed by Manager

Hi I am a paying customer currently at Checkers in Waverly. I am very disappointed in their fresh food department manager. On July 17th, 2015 around 18:30 I went there with my husband and friend to go buy stuff. I saw the lady behind the counter was busy marking down the pies and i asked her if it is all the pies. She said yes and I waited for her to put them out. I never even left the counter at the deli. When the lady wanted to give me the pies and i take them, the Manager, Lisa Van Heerden, addressed the girl in front of customers saying she is not allowed to reserve the foods for clients, which she wasn't. I waited there for a long time. Leaving the deli Van Heerden walked after me screaming at me by the till pushing her finger in my face, clearly angry. She told me it is because of people like me that she won't mark down food. Then left and gossipped by the other managers, laughing and looking at me. Going into that store now really makes me uncomfortable. She still treats and looks at me funny. This is unacceptable according to me as I am a PAYING customer. Please feel free to contact me at ***.
